Tandoori Chicken Recipe

Ingredients and Measurements:


2 pounds skinless chicken tenders

4 tbsps of traditional whole milk plain yogurt

1 1/2 tbsps of tandoori masala

1 tbsp of salt, add or lessen according to taste

2 tbsps of hot sauce

1 tbsp of sweet bbq sauce

1 tbsp of red chili powder

1 tbsp of dried mint

1 tbsp of garam masala

half a lemon squeezed

1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste



Instructions:


-mix all of the spices together into the yogurt

-clean the chicken tenders and marinate into the yogurt mixture

-let the chicken marinate for at least 2 hours

-bake in the oven (350°) until cooked perfectly
