Authentic Indian Fritter Recipe!

serves 4 !

Ingredients

  • 1 onion

  • 2 large potatoes

  • 1/2 head of cauliflower

  • 1 cup spinach

  • 3 cups gram flour

  • 2 spoons of plain yogurt

  • 1 tbsp salt

  • 1 tbsp red chili pepper

  • 1 tbsp crushed coriander seeds

  • 1 cup water

  • Vegetable oil (enough to deep fry)



Steps

  1. Wash and cut the veggies

  2. Cut the potatoes into thin slices

  3. Cut the cauliflower into small pieces

  4. Rough chop the spinach

  5. Grab a bowl and mix the ingredients above into a batter

  6. Heat up the vegetable oil and pour into wok (enough to deep fry the fritters)

  7. Pour spoons of the batter into the oil and deep fry

  8. Once golden brown, take out

  9. Sprinkle Chat masala onto your fritters

  10. Serve hot with some chai ☕️ 🤍
